I love living in the Bootheel of Missouri, but I do have one issue with it! I have
never had sinus problems until I moved here! and now when I do get them I feel like I am on my death bed! It is awful! Yesterday in church I started getting a sinus headache and it just go worse from there! Today I feel horrible..I am trying to take medicine to make sure that it does not get worse. If you have ever had a major sinus infection you know that it is no fun! I seriously thought I was dying the first time! Thanks Bootheel for the Sinus issues!
Since I do not feel well and today we have done nothing I just wanted to take today as a chance to send out major prayers for Joplin, MO. My heart hurts for them! All the pictures have made me cry and thank God that we have not had to go through this. I just hate it for all these people. It is very sad and I pray that God will take care of the city!

You need a netti pot for your sinus problems! The concept of one sounds gross buss it helps! And I swear by zyrtec if you need a pill. It doesn't put you in a daze or make you sleepy. It's expensive so I usually buy the walgreens version of it.
